BizBat is a digital technology platform that acts as the data controller with respect to the processing of personal data in connection with the operation of its services, including the collection, storage, use, transmission, and, where applicable, deletion of users’ personal data.
By using the platform, the user acknowledges that they voluntarily provide personal data that will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The user further acknowledges that such processing is necessary for the proper operation of the platform and the provision of its services.

Content data, consisting of audio files, videos, images, text, messages, posts, applications to Calls (Convocatorias), and any other content generated or shared by the user within the platform.
Usage data, including information about user interaction with the platform, browsing behavior, usage time, interactions with other users, participation in Calls, and voting systems.
Technical data, such as IP address, device type, operating system, digital identifiers, access logs, and data derived from the use of the application.
Limited financial data related to subscription payments, provided that BizBat does not directly store sensitive payment card information when processed by third parties.
The user acknowledges that information shared on the platform may be visible to other users according to the user’s privacy settings.
3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
BizBat processes personal data for the following purposes:
To enable the operation of the platform, including account creation, profile management, and content hosting.
To facilitate interaction among users, including participation in Calls, messaging, and voting systems.
To enhance the user experience through automated systems, recommendation algorithms, personalization, and behavioral analysis.
To manage payments, subscriptions, and access to Premium features.
To prevent fraud, abuse, misconduct, and ensure platform security.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations or requests from competent authorities.
To improve, develop, and optimize BizBat’s services.
The user acknowledges that such processing is necessary for the provision of the service and that, without it, the platform could not function properly.
4. USE OF AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES AND PROFILING
BizBat may use automated tools to analyze user behavior within the platform, including algorithms that determine visibility, ranking, recommendations, user matching, and opportunities within the system.
The user acknowledges that these systems may influence how their content is displayed and accepts that BizBat does not guarantee any specific outcomes.
5. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFERS
BizBat may share personal data in the following circumstances:
With technology service providers necessary for the operation of the platform, including hosting, analytics, infrastructure, and payment processing services.
With competent authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights.
With other users, in accordance with the user’s profile settings and the nature of the platform.
With third parties in connection with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring processes.
The user acknowledges that BizBat does not control the subsequent use of data once it has been shared in accordance with platform functionalities.
6. USE OF PAYMENT PROCESSORS AND EXTERNAL SERVICES
BizBat uses third-party providers to manage payments, including Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
The user acknowledges that such providers process personal data in accordance with their own policies and that BizBat is not responsible for the data processing carried out by these third parties.
7. DATA RETENTION
BizBat retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as well as to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Even after account deletion, certain data may be retained in residual form for technical, legal, or security reasons.
8. DATA SECURITY
BizBat implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure.
However, the user acknowledges that no system is completely secure and that the use of the platform involves inherent risks associated with digital environments.

BizBat may request additional information to verify the identity of the requester before processing any request.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REGARDING DATA
BizBat shall not be liable for:

Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Failures of third-party services.
The user acknowledges that they share information at their own risk.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The user acknowledges that their data may be transferred and stored in servers located in different countries, including the United States, and accepts that such transfers may involve different levels of data protection.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
BizBat may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the platform.

Use of the platform constitutes express acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
